Know Your Asset was founded and built by three partners, all with extensive careers in electrical contracting and wholesaling. Having individually spent over 30 years in the electrical industry, the KYA partners have experienced firsthand the frustration, cost inefficiencies and lost time caused by archaic methods of recording for electrical compliance such as emergency lighting and RCD's.

It was this frustration that led the KYA partners on a mission to digitise electrical compliance and develop a system that provided cost and time savings on site during testing and most importantly, on office administration. Know Your Asset has been extensively tested in the real world, and the efficiencies and piece of mind associated with the product are proven to be significant and real.

Know Your Asset is an innovative digital app based platform to manage all commercial property asset testing and repair data, making safety and regulatory compliance simple, standardised and with less margin for error. Traditionally, tech-based solutions in compliance testing have been limited to more advanced buildings with expensive computer monitored sensor arrays, leaving most owners and managers to make do with outdated logbook records and problematic spreadsheet systems.
